The Phygital at the Orange Megastore in Paris

Tangible Display arrives at the Orange Opéra Megastore, a huge « smart store » that performs in customer experiences. The shop is located closed to Place de la Madeleine near the Grands Boulevards.

Two phygital experiences were designed and produced in partnership with the Reinsdyr agency of the CaCom group.

  • The first device, a real selling tool, showcases products dedicated to France and international trips. By a simple and intuitive experience, the customer has access, in a few seconds, to a product selection adapted to his needs. More than connect good products to good customers, Orange better identify customer profile who visit the store and can improve its offer.
  • The second device, via an interactive inviting quiz, allows Orange to communicate about actions organized by the Orange Foundation: The gamification in the service of brand-telling!

Tangible Display proves once more its strong ability to fit in the digitalisation strategy of points of sales.
